Anomaly vault fallout12/20/2023 The Institute has many junk items that contain nuclear material, like the recorder, sensor, and cauterizer, in various rooms. This can only be done if the player's current level in the "Scrapper" perk is two or higher, as being at a lower level does not allow this method to be viable and will only allow players to salvage more base level components. Its really useful for multiple enemies, and gets exponentially better the more there are, but it also makes energy weapons really dangerous and not really useful if your enemies get too close. Meltdown isnt anything special IMO, like Bloody Mess, its just extra flourish. With Wild Wasteland enabled, however, the mercenaries are. One of the mercenaries is armed with the unique YCS/186 Gauss rifle a complete set of reinforced combat armor mark 1 or mark 2. This small camp is hidden in the cliffs of the northern mountains and used as a base by a group of mercenaries. Can also be acquired indirectly by purchasing weapons from an arms dealer that already come equipped with certain mods, such as those designated with the "Recon" mod prefix attached, and subsequently dismantling them at a nearby weapons workbench in order to salvage their components. Edit: I was thinking of 'Nuclear Anomaly' perk. The mercenary camp is an unmarked location in Fallout: New Vegas, north of Horowitz farmstead.Gained from scrapping the uranium deposits in Vault 88.Shipments can be bought from Alexis Combes in Vault 81, but only at certain times are they available. Can often be looted from the bodies or goo piles when enemies are killed by plasma weaponry or any weapon with the plasma infused modifier. Can be looted from any glowing creature. Fallout Anomaly significantly enhances the visual and auditory aspects of Fallout 4, immersing players in a world teeming with eerie ambiance and unsettling encounters. When the Lone Wanderer receives this perk in-game, they also receive a 30 discount at Craterside Supply, and Moira's Repair skill raises to 72 condition (from 54). This perk reduces an enemy's chance to critically hit the player character by 50. It is obtained solely through certain dialogue options in the quest Wasteland Survival Guide. Can be looted from dead super mutant suiciders if they've detonated their mini nuke, otherwise they will drop the mini nuke. Dream Crusher is a special perk in Fallout 3. * Nothing is gained if one does not have at least level 1 of the Scrapper perk.
